Parties must be paid for in advance to reserve date and time. Parties can be cancelled with full refund up to 2 weeks before event date. Cancellations within 48 hours and 2 weeks will only receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of event date receive no refund but receive a 50% credit toward a future party. We play in light rain and cancel due to weather for unsafe conditions for participants and our equipment. If we cancel due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
